Mindful Mommy, Mindful Daddy, mindful baby

Mindful living as parents and infant, beautifully described and practiced by Liz, Nathaniel and Bodhi. At its essence, the practice of mindful living is being with open, loving hearts, present and at peace with what is, including the diapers, as this family offers us example of. Mother and father holding and comforting baby, transforming situations of hunger, discomfort and fear.

Mindfulness is not only possible, but preferable when considering raising a child with true love. The mindfulness community offers room and support for families with children. Filmed on site at Deer Park Monastery in the great hidden mountain. If you would like to comment on the video, you can directly on the youtube page http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlA0yJFjeiY
