Fang’s 16th Birthday Present for You

Fang enjoys the conditions ~d nelson (click to enjoy his musical story)

Fang the Terrible is happy to offer a special
gift to the world on his 16th birthday.
When you need the physical healing
of touch, a warm, furry embrace, hug
& warm, wet lick, he’s already there for you

Offering unconditional love
and the best companionship,
what more can a person want?
A contemplation-worthy question.
Well, Fang wants a walk,
then a bone and a nap.

Fang is offering his short dogumentary,
called, “Fang’s Contented Wags”,
aboutΒ  a 5 minutes adventure,
of a contented, ferocious life.
He enjoys smelling & watering the flowers.
Along the way we find out
why he’s not so terrible after all.

Fang hopes his colorful, comic images & piano music
will give you smile. Just click on the this post’s top image to view clip.
As always,
may you be well
contented & happy.
Thanks to Hariod Brawn for inspiring Fang’s calming
with his book, “the sway of contentedness”.

David, loved the video of his adventures, and it made me smile, especially him not like water.. Who can blame him not wishing to get his paws all wet..

      having your gentle presence
      for his celebration, Sue!

      But, soon forgot about that
      after a snack or two!
      Wishing you a peaceful moment
in your garden of delights πŸ™‚

    1. gratitude from me & Fang
      for your sweet review, Jet!
      twas challenging, at times
all the technical video & audio production,
but mostly having to learn a new song
and play it with only two paws!
may your smiling day continue πŸ™‚

      and others towards his sharing

    1. Fang has a little grin
hearing how you enjoyed his dogumentary, Vicki!
it was his hope that he could offer
      a little encouragement to smile
      by learning a new trick,
      despite being an old dog!
      wishing you another
      happy moment, david πŸ™‚
      ps. Fang nods, yes
      he’s that kind of dog.

  4. What a wonderful tribute, and he’s such a gorgeous little dude!! I used to have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, loved him dearly. This reminded me of him, such similar faces. Happy Birthday, Fang! xx

    1. Fang is happy knowing of your doggy
being of that special, royal breed!
While he was reluctant to be a movie star,
he’s glad others smile seeing him
      learn some new tricks πŸ™‚

    1. thank you for kindly joining his party, inese!
he is happy you and others got to see
him learn a few new tricks, despite being
an old doggy. His real name was jonny
but his aka is Fang πŸ™‚

    1. so happy you enjoyed Fang’s dramatic debut, arlingwoman!
he enjoyed playing his favorite song for you and others.
may your day be well and happy, david πŸ™‚

    1. Fang offers a doggy bow to you for your kind review, Jean-Jacques!
While he’s been slowing down a lot
      he still enjoys being terrible
      as much as he can.
may your day be well πŸ™‚

  5. Loved your video and photos. Lucky for Fang that the two of you found each other. Humans often need a rescue as much as, or even more so, than the dog, cat, rat, or . . . . .

    1. thank you for these kind words, D Wallace Peach!
he’s happy showing others his new trick.
while he’s not as ferocious as he thinks, he’s still terrible
      cause he won’t take a bath πŸ™‚

  6. A delightful post, David and Fang has us all enthralled! πŸ˜€ He’s absolutely adorable and I would love a healing furry embrace! What a wonderful companion for your family and bet there isn’t a day that goes by without laughter at some of his antics. The video is inspired, brilliantly narrated and Fang is quite the pianist … and the perfect song for him! Wishing you all a wonderful weekend and fantastic walks on that glorious beach featured at the end of the video! πŸ˜€

    1. Fang wags, I smile
to your super kind review, Annika!
He like showing that an old dog,
even though slow much of the time,
can learn new tricks, given the right
      measure of snacks.
The ocean is an hour away,
but he still enjoys walking on the beach.
Weekend is good so far, wishing you
a restful happy moment, also πŸ™‚

  7. Best film I’ve seen in a while, David! I love Fang’s journey from early troubles to such contentedness. Just being present to the wonders of who we are and what is around us, can yield a soothing joy, and the urge to celebrate what is. Many thanks to you and Fang for such a warm rendition of wisdom…

    Peace
    Michael

    1. Fang and I are happy
to hear your kind review of his dogumentary, Michael!
He wanted to convey that it’s possible
to learn new tricks, even as an old dog.
The process got me in touch with the children’s radio show I produced, where transforming suffering thru stories & songs was always on the menu. Time for Fang
& I to take a walk, then get our snack reward. πŸ™‚

being like a special bell of mindfulness,

      bone out, he feels happy
      in this wonderful moment πŸ™‚

      but he perked right up
      hearing your kindness

neighbor did a fine narration πŸ™‚
